The factory has an installed Machinery capacity of 100 Machines. The machine configuration is flexible – to manufacture shirts/tops, sleepwear, bottoms, Made ups...Etc We have state of the art JUKI machines including UBT’s, Double needle lockstitch & Chain stitch with Split bar, Feed–Off-Arm machines with puller, KANSAI Special waistband attaching machines, over lock machines with lint collectors, Computerized Finishing Machines …etc.
PRODUCTION CAPACITY:
We will have a multi-product production facility – by segregating the lines for various products. Accordingly our operators are also given training based on specific products.
Planned for an average production capacity of 800-1000 Garments (Tops) per day as per the following split-up with a targeted efficiency of 60%. Tops (for 100 Machines with 9 per m/c) - 900Gmts/Day of working 8hrs/single shift Bottom (for 100 Machines with 5 per m/c)- 500Gmts/Day of working 8hrs/single shift
